Organizational Consultant
Waltraud Glaeser
“Everyone said it couldn’t be done. Then someone came along who didn’t know that and did it.” (Author unknown)
Technological innovations and social change require organizations to continuously evolve, especially in the design and implementation of change processes. This is precisely where I advise and support executives, teams, and companies to ensure that change (optimization of the past) and transformation (shaping the future) are successful and effectively implemented.
My approach is based on the principles of action learning. Learning takes place where real issues and challenges are addressed and concrete changes are designed in everyday work. Depending on the defined role, I contribute to internal self-organization, communication, and participation, and to strengthening an appreciative corporate culture. After all, successful development only occurs when there is an invitation to actively participate and when all those involved actively take responsibility for viable solutions.
Professional organizational consulting is therefore always participatory, dialogical, and practical. As a systemic consultant with practical experience in economics and psychology in a wide range of industries, I am convinced that the most sustainable solutions often arise from within the company itself, through joint learning and real-world tasks.
I see my role as providing impetus for change, which I accompany in a learning- and implementation-oriented manner and which integrates all relevant areas and levels. Together with you and your employees, we ensure the sustainable further development of your organization and its stakeholders.

The 4 Es: Explore, Embed, Evolve, Enjoy – a logical approach
The four-step logic of my work serves as a compass for learning and leadership and follows the principle of action learning: learning occurs through consciously working on real issues and consistently implementing them in everyday life.
It begins with explore: what is it really about? What is the core of the matter? What is the “issue behind the issue” and what is it not?
This is followed by embed: What does this mean for the specific situation? What are we talking about specifically and what are we not talking about?
The third step focuses on evolve: What needs to be done? What specific measures and next steps result from this? What remains, what is consciously let go? Here, action learning proves itself to be implementation learning: insights are directly translated into action.
Finally, the integration of enjoyment is crucial: How do we design the learning and change process in such a way that it makes sense and enables enjoyment? In this way, development, motivation, and enthusiasm are not only maintained but can grow sustainably.
